Job description

Building on our success here at iBanFirst, we’re stepping up our development in Germany and recruiting a FX Sales to boost our Institutional sales team.

To get you off to the best possible start, you will be brought up to speed with appropriate training on iBanFirst’s offer, as well as the forex market in general.

What you will do

  • Leading the Introducing Broker activity in Germany.
  • Helping to develop and implementing our sales strategy.
  • Building marketing campaigns to present our offer to business providers.
  • Creating and developing your own business providers portfolio (Cold calling and emailing).
  • Becoming an expert on the foreign exchange issues experienced by our clients.
  • Raising awareness and support companies on FX issues.
  • Pricing hedging products (Forward and Dynamic).
  • Pricing customers on the spot (Spot).
  • Meeting with clients and prospects at trade fairs.
  • Preparing and taking charge of your sales appointments.
  • Recruiting and mentoring junior Salespeople.
  • Managing IT projects.

Preferred experience

We are searching for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales. You have already created partnerships through an entrepreneurial experience or a BtoBtoB sales experience.

  • You are an excellent communicator, with noteworthy interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of FX market and of financial products (spot and derivatives).
