Job description

As iBanFirst Social Media Manager, you will work closely with the CMO and the marketing team so as to leverage Social Networks for iBanFirst Brand Awareness, e-reputation, lead generation and employee engagement. 

What you will do

  • Measuring iBanFirst brand audience and e-reputation on social networks, blogs, forums according to iBanFirst targets
  • Building and putting in place a communication and content strategy for the different channels
  • Launching, following-up and monitoring brand awareness and lead generation campaigns (analytics)
  • Building partnerships and relationships with opinion influencers
  • Administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Identifying and improve organisational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company’s marketing and online review building).
  • Engaging iBanFirst employees to use social networks and become iBanFirst promoters
  • Working closely with the CEO on his communication on social networks
  • Putting in place the right social network tools for the sales and marketing team
  • Performing regular competition and technology analysis to bring the most successful social network technics

 

Preferred experience

Required Qualities

  • Fluent in French, English and ideally German
  • Proven experience in building brand awareness and e-reputation of B2B companies
  • Mastering of social network specificities in terms of audience, content format, impact
  • Autonomy
  • Interpersonal capacities
