iBanFirst is a growing FinTech that supports companies with their foreign currency payments through an online platform. Our platform is a cost-efficient, secure and user-friendly solution that is also highly transparent. iBanFirst is recognized by the National Bank of Belgium, operates internationally and now serves more than 3,000 customers with more than 160 employees.

In order to optimize the sales process and expand our growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative. You will play a crucial role in filling the sales pipeline and the final outcome of the entire sales process. It is an ideal position to have a lot of customer contact, to get to know the solutions of iBanFirst and to grow to a Sales Executive position within a fast growing financial institution.

Job description

What you will do

Your mission will be to support the sales force in making appointments that will contribute to the growth of the company.

· Determining, in consultation with marketing & sales, which branches/companies can be actively approached;

· Finding the right contacts within these companies (LinkedIn, events, webpages, branch organisations, etc.);

· Gathering the right insights in preparation for the first contact;

· Approaching these contacts through the most appropriate channels (telephone, LinkedIn, email, etc.);

· Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to respond to the needs of contacts you speak to;

· Qualifying the interest of these contacts to schedule an appointment for the Sales Executive in your POD;

· Ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads to keep the Sales Executive's pipeline filled;

· Keeping track of all communications with contacts in our CRM system;

· Answering incoming product questions and qualifying inbound leads.

Preferred experience

Graduated from business school, you have these skills :

- You are persistent, pro-active, autonomous and want to evolve in a dynamic environment (startup);

- You have real commercial and relational capacities, you are results-oriented and you know how to surpass yourself to achieve your goals;

- You also have an attraction for the banking sector and more specific you would like to learn more on how companies can manage their currency exposure;

- B2B developing business experience (if possible in finance or international trade) is considered as advantage;

- Excellent relationship and business skills;

- Entrepreneurial spirit;

- Digital culture;

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
