Around fifteen nationalities are represented in our workforce and about ten languages are spoken.
We are committed to promoting professional equality and we are particularly vigilant on gender equality issues.
In application of the French law “pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel” of 5 September 2018 – which notably aims to eliminate the pay gap between women and men in France, we published for the first time our gender equality INDEX for 2020: 94/100.
We have no doubts about the progression of this INDEX in 2021 and we continue to implement actions in favor of professional equality in the broadest sense!
