You will work closely with Sales, Account Managers, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience, while maintaining iBanFirst’s AML/CFT standards and risk appetite. iBanFirst applies customer due diligence at onboarding, during periodic reviews, and whenever a trigger event or new risk information requires reassessment.

Perform risk-based periodic reviews and event-driven reviews of existing customers.
Confirm that customer information, documentation, ownership structures, and risk assessments remain accurate and up to date.
Identify changes in business activity, ownership, management, countries, transaction volumes, or customer risk profile.
