  • Team First: The complexity of our industry demands collective intelligence. We prioritize cooperation, transparency, and knowledge sharing. Success is a team effort, and decisions are made together.

Why join us?

Joining iBanFirst means joining a profitable, international, fast-growing company at a pivotal moment — where commercial transformation and operational rigour are shaping the next chapter of our growth.

Recruitment Context

As iBanFirst restructures and scales its Revenue Operations function, we are strengthening the Sales Operations pillar to drive operational excellence across our commercial teams in Europe. With a new CRO on board and country managers evolving across markets, this is the right moment to bring in someone who can define, implement, and enforce rigorous sales processes — and help transform iBanFirst from a broker into a fully tech-led commercial organisation.

Manager & Team

You will report to Anne-Sophie Pradier, VP Revenue Operations & Partnerships.

The Revenue Operations team is structured around three complementary pillars:

  • Revenue Operations — strategic analytics, KPI definition, funnel intelligence, business partnering with the CRO

  • Sales Operations — execution-focused, working closely with country managers and commercial teams on process, CRM, and productivity (this role)

  • Sales Enablement — training and development, sales content and tools, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Product to equip commercial teams with the knowledge, materials and skills they need to perform

The team currently includes:

  • A Salesforce Administrator

  • A Sales Enablement Specialist

  • A Sales Operations Specialist

  • A Revenue Operations Specialist

Besides the existing RevOps you will work closely with the Regional Director and collaborate regularly with country managers and sales leaders across Europe. Your work will also involve coordination with our Salesforce Administrator, HR and Finance Teams on compensation, quota-setting, and commission modelling.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role: you will be on the ground with the sales teams, not behind a screen.

What will you do?

As Sales Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of iBanFirst's commercial organisation. You ensure that sales processes are clearly defined, consistently adopted, and measurably effective — acting as the trusted partner of country managers and sales leaders across markets.

This is a predominantly execution-oriented role: you spend time in the field, listen closely to how teams work, identify what's broken, and build the frameworks that fix it.

Key responsibilities

Process Design & Adoption

  • Map, define, and document end-to-end sales processes — from lead qualification to closing and handoff — in close collaboration with country managers and sales teams

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and friction points in current commercial workflows and propose structured solutions

  • Drive adoption of processes across markets — acting as a true change agent: building buy-in, communicating clearly, and ensuring teams follow through

  • Standardise pipeline stages, qualification criteria, and handoff protocols across geographies

CRM & Data Quality

  • Administer and continuously improve Salesforce for the sales organisation

  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across all commercial data

  • Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within the CRM to increase sales team efficiency

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key commercial KPIs: pipeline health, conversion rates, activity metrics, and quota attainment — by market, team, and individual

  • Prepare regular pipeline reviews for sales leadership and the CRO

  • Provide structured performance insights to country managers to support their day-to-day decision-making

Quota, Territory & Compensation

  • Contribute to territory design, quota-setting, and commission plan modelling

  • Support compensation review cycles with reliable, structured data

AI & Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools within the sales organisation to reduce manual workload and improve commercial performance

Role Objectives

First 3 months

  • Deeply understand how the sales teams currently operate — by spending time in the field with Account Managers, Sales, and country managers

  • Map existing processes, however informal, and identify the highest-priority gaps

  • Get fully comfortable with the CRM and existing data structure

First 6 months

  • Define and document a clear, structured sales process framework — adopted and respected by country managers

  • Deliver reliable commercial reporting that gives leadership an actionable view of performance

  • Begin driving measurable improvements to process consistency and CRM data quality

First 12 months

  • Be recognised as an indispensable operational partner by the sales organisation — the person teams come to when they need structure, clarity, or process support

  • Have materially improved sales process adoption and commercial data reliability across markets

  • Be fully integrated as a trusted partner within the Revenue Operations team

What do you bring?

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or consulting with a strong process and change management component, in a B2B environment

  • Track record of designing, documenting, and deploying structured processes in a commercial context — ideally across multiple teams or geographies

  • Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams; comfortable operating in a field-oriented, stakeholder-facing role

Must-have skills

  • Active listening and structured synthesis — you hear what people say, ask the right questions, and translate business realities into clear process frameworks

  • Change management — you know how to get buy-in, communicate with conviction, and bring teams along; you are heard and respected even when asking people to change how they work

  • Methodical and structured — you document rigorously, follow through, and build systems that last

  • CRM proficiency — Salesforce or equivalent; you're comfortable as a power user or admin

  • Fluent in French and English — both required; you'll work with teams across multiple countries

  • Comfortable with data — you can read and build commercial dashboards and use data to support your recommendations

  • AI-first mindset — you already use AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you don't wait for others to adopt them, you explore, test and apply them concretely to automate tasks, sharpen analysis and drive efficiency

Nice to have

  • Salesforce admin certification or advanced expertise

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS

  • Familiarity with quota-setting or commission modelling processes

  • Experience in a multi-market or international sales environment

What do we offer?

  • Permanent contract (CDI)

  • Location: Paris, Porte Maillot

  • Hybrid work policy: Office-first culture — approximately 1 day/week remote, with flexibility. Travel to European offices approximately 2 times per quarter.

Why this is a great opportunity

  • Build from scratch — the Sales Operations function is being structured now; you define the processes, the KPIs, and the way the commercial organisation operates

  • Real field impact — your work directly shapes how sales teams across Europe perform every day

  • High visibility — the Revenue Operations team has direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership

  • A pivotal transformation moment — iBanFirst is evolving from a broker to a fully tech-driven commercial company; you are part of making that happen

  • A collaborative team — a flat, fast-moving environment where your ideas are heard and your contributions matter

Benefits

  • Swile meal card

  • AXA health insurance

  • 50% commuter benefit reimbursement

  • RTT — additional paid days off

  • Gymlib subscription

  • Paid parental leave

  • Company-wide events, team offsites, and social activities
